2025 COCA National Conference

Zack Dodge is the Supervisor, Esports Operations with Conestoga College from Cambridge, ON. With over a decade of leadership experience in the Ontario college sector, Zack has been rapidly advancing esports at Conestoga through the Athletics & Recreation department since 2022. 

As a lifelong gamer, Zack has had a rich gaming career as a gaming consultant & advocate, video game tester, competitive gamer, and tournament operator. Zack possess the valuable attributes to be able to speak and advocate for gamers and navigate student affairs to help all stakeholders find success.  
 
With an academic and professional background stemming from multimedia production, public relations, marketing and events - Zack's portfolio is driven by evolving programming, communities and student interest to their maximum potential by building genuine and effective relationships.  
 
Beyond the world of esports and student administration, Zack is a proud husband and father of 2 boys and can often be found cooking, drumming and settling in with the latest coop blockbuster game with his wife.
