About me
Hi, I’m Selen Erkut (seh-LEN ERR-koot), I use she/her pronouns, and I’m the Student Group Services Program Lead at the University of Alberta Students’ Unjon. I’ve been working with student groups at the U of A for over 4 years, managing a team of 3-5 staff, and we supervise 450+ student groups across campus.
I graduated from the University of Alberta in 2021 with a BA in Art & Design, minor in Anthropology. Outside of work, I love attending concerts and shows, cooking, crocheting, traveling, visiting galleries and museums, and deep diving into odd topics on Wikipedia.
This is my second time at COCA (third if you count the virtual conference in 2021), and I’m looking forward to meeting folks!
